CDT Machinery, LLC - Off-Road Division does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any product purchased from us. All products sold by CDT Machinery, LLC - Off-Road Division are for off-road use only. Product application Rock crawling and off-road driving is inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by CDT Machinery, LLC - Off-Road Division are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use. Ordering information All orders can be placed by calling us or by visiting our shop location Payment We accept Cash, Money orders, and Cashiers checks. We also accept Paypal, and all major credit cards. Warranty and return policy All custom fabricated products carry a one year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. If any defect arises within the one year warranty, we will examine it and determine if it is deemed to be repaired at no charge. All other product warranties will be honored by product manufacturer. If YOU order the wrong part, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and the return is subject to a 30% restocking fee. NO refunds will be given on shipping. We will not refund or exchange any parts that have been used, installed or modified in any way. Custom fabricated parts are not refundable. If you have any doubts, double check to make sure that you know what you are ordering by contacting us. Orders that are cancelled after it leaves the manufacturer’s warehouse will be charged a 15% processing fee and you will need to pay for return shipping of the cancelled order. There is a restocking fee of 30%. There will be NO refunds after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
